I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Section for History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Copenhagen. I earned my Ph.D. in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Minnesota.

My area of specialization is philosophy of science, with a special focus on epistemic issues concerning representation in life sciences.

I am currently working on a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship project: Epistemology of In Vitro Modeling in Comparative Biology (EpiVitro). This project examines how in vitro models—cells or tissues cultured outside the body—serve as plausible models of living organisms in comparative and evolutionary biology.

Here is my CV.
